We're a team of operators who've been in your shoes—running clinics, managing inventory, navigating shortages, and building businesses in this industry. We know what works because we've lived it.

For over 30 years, Karl has worked alongside clinics, physicians, and healthcare operators to help them make confident decisions in an industry where mistakes are costly and relationships matter.
He helped build Source Products with a simple belief: healthcare providers shouldn't feel like "a number." They should be able to call, ask questions, and work with someone who understands both the clinical need and the realities of the supply chain.
Throughout his career, Karl has supported IV clinics, dialysis centers, and non-acute healthcare practices across the country, navigating supply shortages, sourcing challenges, and market shifts long before they became headlines.
Today, his focus continues to evolve. He's less interested in being just another supplier and more committed to being a trusted resource—someone clinics can lean on for perspective, guidance, and experience earned over decades in the field.
"My why: After three decades in this industry, I've learned that the best partnerships aren't built on price sheets—they're built on trust, responsiveness, and genuinely caring about your success."
Lisa came to healthcare through an unconventional path. After 20+ years as a commercial photographer working on films, documentaries, and projects around the world, she made a deliberate pivot: she wanted work with more purpose.
Fascinated by alternative medicine and driven by a personal mission to eventually work in underserved communities, Lisa trained in phlebotomy and IV therapy. She quickly became obsessed with mastering the craft.
Over several years, Lisa grew and managed a busy IV therapy suite, scaling operations from 40 IVs per month to over 300. She handled everything from patient care to inventory management, vendor relationships, and backend systems. She learned what works, what doesn't, and where most clinics quietly lose money.
Today, Lisa helps IV therapy clinics and med spas optimize their operations, manage costs, and scale intelligently. She's currently pursuing her FDN-P certification and learning to fly planes for future medical mission work.
"My why: I know what it's like to be buried in inventory spreadsheets at 8pm when you should be home. I know the frustration of juggling five vendors when you just need one reliable partner. I'm here to help clinic owners get their time back so they can focus on what they actually got into this business to do: help people."
